What is your character's name?: Macroura K'Fah.



2. What kind of character is it? (furry, anime, etc) and any particular race?: Unwilling fidgety hero, anthropomorphic winged fox. Really short. Hates her wings.

3. What is the first thing your character would think of when he/she first wakes up?: Most likely: “Wait, where am I? How did I get here? HOLY SHIT, what is THAT?!” She doesn't sleep much when she's in her home world (the Fah Loe), so she'd have to be elsewhere in order to wake up.

4. Your character's favorite outfit would be?: Ah, she probably doesn't have one, though her cape is omnipotent. (Protects her wings and all that.)

5. When your character looks into a mirror, what's the first thing they would notice?: Damn I'm short.

6. Does your character have the same tastes in food as you?: No. She doesn't eat usually (no need in the Fah), and when she does she's mainly a carnivore.

7. How is your character similar to you?: Yes. It wasn't intentional, but I've discovered that we share some personality flaws and superficial insecurities.

8. How is she/he different?: She's short. Among other things, mostly involving philosophy.

9. If your character could speak, would they have the same voice as you?: I don't really know. I've always kind of imagined her sounding like a female Nathan Lane. (That's Timon from “The Lion King.”)

10. If you were to suddenly become your character, what do you think would be the first thing you would do as them?: Panic. Panicpanicpanic.

11. Is there something about your character that you don't like how others think of them?: I imagine a lot of people would assume she's a typical furry yifftastic vixen type creature. (She's actually androgynous looking and definitely abstinent.)

12. What advantages does your character have over you?: I'm sure she's actually cooler in a crisis than I am, which is saying something because she's very panicky. She also probably has better survival skills than I do.

13. What disadvantages?: Well, she can't fight. At all. That not saying that I can very well either, but I'm usually at least the same size as an opponent, where as she usually isn't even seeing eye-to-eye with their navel.

14. Do you have any secrets relating to your character that only you know?: No.

15. Do you have any secret drawings only you know about?: Yes. Because almost all of my drawings are secret.

16. Do you have any plans for your character or are you working on something big relating to him/her?: Always, though she'll probably never get out of fanfiction muck, at least no more in than short stories.

17. What misconception(s), if any, do people have about your character?: See question #10.

18. If you could have just ONE characteristic from your character, what would it be?: Eh, probably the Tech if it weren't for the whole “It fractures your soul” thing. Oh, or having a Dern. That would be awesome.

Have you made any characters that go along with yours, based on real-life people, that have the same relationship with your character as you with the real-life person?(such as, you and your mom, your character and its mom): I see a few similarities among her relationships with other characters and my relationships with others, but that's likely just because we react to things somewhat similarly.

20. Have you written any stories about your character?: I would love to, and have tried, but I'm bad about keeping up with a story

21. How has your character changed since his/her first creation?: Ah, I made her when I was eight or nine. There have been huge changes. First, she's gotten shorter. A lot shorter. Secondly, I stopped restricting her to Redwallesque adventures and started to associate her with the Fah Loe. She originally didn't have a real personality, just whatever suited me at the time. She used to be able to fly with her wings. (Her wings and their purpose/origin have actually shifted around a lot.) She used to be a musician. Her eyes have changed colors. Her name has changed several times. (Her first name was Wings. Then Ivory. Then Shiroi. Then Macroura. Then something else. Then back to Macroura.) There was a point when she could actually fight, and did so often. She used to carry weapons and travel with another winged fox who happened to be her mate, though the disappearance of those two things is actually explained at some point.

She also used to get romantically involved with the characters she'd meet in her travels, both before and after the disappearance of the mate, in fact that tendency for some reason only changed /after/ I hit puberty, when she sort of spontaneously became abstinent. I do not pretend to comprehend this, it's really quite illogical given the usual teen trends.
